We provide comprehensive fabrication and erection of structural steel frameworks for India's most demanding industrial environments — from refinery process units to thermal power plant superstructures.

Our capability covers design-to-erection workflows on pipe racks, utility blocks, equipment platforms, access stairways, and offsite area frameworks. We operate with 3 company-owned Hydra Cranes and 70+ welding sets enabling parallel work-fronts.

2. Process Piping & Cross-Country Pipeline Systems

From underground utility corridors to high-pressure over-ground process lines, our piping teams execute to ASME and IS standards with full hydro-testing workflows on completion.

• Underground (U/G) offsite pipeline fabrication and erection
• High-pressure over-ground process piping systems
• Cross-country pipeline installation and testing
• Hydro testing with company-owned test machines (02 nos.)

3. Heavy Equipment Erection & System Commissioning

Specialising in the installation, testing, and operational start-up of large-scale mechanical systems — from industrial EOT bridge cranes to complete ash handling systems at 800 MW thermal power projects.

• EOT bridge crane erection and commissioning (BORL, HMEL)
• Ash handling system installation and commissioning (NTPC Meja)
• Rotating and static equipment pre-commissioning
• Mechanical completion and system handover documentation
• Full plant commissioning with client performance testing

4. Electrical & Instrumentation

Our E&I division handles complete installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation for industrial plants — executed by certified technicians under strict QA/QC protocols.
